This looks very believable! The anatomy is correct and I like the hair and glasses as well! I think you could change the values on the shirt because if you made it gray scale, it would be difficult to differentiate since you aren't using line to indicate form. The side of the jacket/vest with the most 'popping' values looks better to my eye, maybe because it looks like leather, while the other side looks wet or flattened. I think a retouch on the values should set you straight by adding highlights to the face and raising contrast and making the values different in some spots. All in all, it's a very nice work, keep practicing your values and form to make him pop off the page! Good luck~ (":
